 My bill went up from 91.50 to a whopping 128 pounds, I have been with them years and always paid on time with no problems. I rang them and all they offered me was 112 pounds a month.Even when I asked to cancel it they didn't even care !Oh well Bye V...
So my elderly parents have 2 boxes and the broadbandThe  TIVO box in the living room has become so slow ( yes i have factory reset it ) that it is almost unusable, error codes all the time ( i have screenshots and videos ), i player is just unusable....
