When trying to sign up it saying sorry to see you go so can't add services or anything to virgin stream. When clicking upgrade on stream it just says oops can't do it. Any help ?Had virgin previously so assuming it's to do with that
New  account holder but had virgin couple of years ago. Trying to set up virgin connect etc and it says put in email you set up when opening account. Do that and it says sorry to see you go.   any ideas

Is it possible to move an activation date (broadband) i.e. supposed to activate tomorrow but would want it activated today as I just moved in yesterday.Thanks
