Hi, I've now tried with 2 Hub 5s. Was told I should differentiate between 2.GHZ & 5Ghz, the reasoning being that if connected to 5G the more modern phones etc will get faster speeds. I amended the hub name and password to match the old Hub 5 but when I go to advanced settings the WiFi Network Name (SSID) is greyed out so I don't have the option to rename it. Silly question but how do I webchat with VM? Phoned them yesterday, nd went through to the I'm leaving tem and they couldn't oder me one, put me through to the faults team who said I wouldn't get one till I upgraded. Pointed out that I couldn't upgrade any further so was then told they were out of stock and try phoning back in a week. Sounds like webchat is the way to go.1.7KViews0likes0Comments
