Just found this post as I have the same issues on my V6 box also and have done for a while. So clearly not a unique problem to your box. So definitely seems like this could be some kind of glitch/bug.
I’m having the same issue as the original poster I pressed ‘reply’ to, Netflix won’t resume after pausing it.Not sure why it’s appeared on a new thread when I pressed reply?
