Hi, I have just managed to get access to the "my virgin media" page after weeks of trying and now i can't access my email off my samsung phone !!. It's saying my password is incorrect, Any ideas please ?
OMG, How do you change your password via an "agent", only to try and log in to your account some days later and find it still says "your email or password isn't correct". I am not getting the service virgin media promises in the "contract".

Hi Zoie_P, These are the screen captures you asked for, on the last one, once i have entered my date of birth and my mothers maiden name it just returns to the same screen !!. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
