When on the web the option to play recordings is missing. The app is okay on phone. Any assistance form the community would be helpful as the support from Virgin has been less than helpful.
I had my 3 V6 boxes all updated to the new Virgin software and now have issues with my Panasonic soundbar connected to my Panasonic TV. The audio drops in and out every few minutes. Looking on the community posts their appears to be a known issue but...
