I have the same problem… I renewed my contract at a lower price… but noticed the direct debit has still been going out with extra charges. Having checked the bill I’m being charged for it two Netflix premium subscriptions? Not sure when this may have been added to my bill…. How? And why? I have a separate subscription with Netflix that I pay directly to them. why would I take out a further 2 Netflix subscriptions?? This needs to be refunded and direct debit no longer taken at this price.
