I reported this issue a month or more ago. I was told there was an appointment raised for 14/9 and this would be visible in appointments section. I can't see this. Can someone verify that this is raised please?RegardsNeil

I have no dial tone and can neither ring in or out. I've tried to raise a help ticket on the app and on website but it keeps sending me in frustrating circles. How can I raise an engineer request?Thanks Neil
