Hi, we don't seem to have 1471 working, is it possible to see if this can be switched on?

Hi, the plug with the thin wire coming out of it which connects to my splitter/booster I believe is in need of replacing, as it looses power if I move it. Could that plug part be sent to me to self install or would an engineer be needed?
