Why can I no longer sign in online?
Went to sign in today and was asked for email link , clicked the verify in email and still cannot sign in . Ridiculous sign in procedure that doesn't work for me. I wish to check my account payments and details and cannot log in online I'm just rejected even with correct account details, area ref etc etc. Says account not found. Also cannot sign in email sent and verified but still cannot sign into account. Tried account recovery with the only option of forgotten email and filled in all deatils on bill. ACCOUNT NOT RECOGNISED. What a stupid system and virtually impossible to speak to someone.12Views0likes0Comments
