ContributionsMost RecentMost LikesSolutionsRe: Changing to E-billing ditto just realised since i moved address in march i have received a paper bill never gave it a thought. at old address i always had ebilling i never asked for a paper bill when i moved here . and following all info in this thread there is now way in my virgin media acc to select a ebill option and my mobile number in my virgin acc is wrong i change it to my number it says saved. when i look again a unknown mobile number is listed again. following info in my paper bill for ebilling gets you know where.
