Hi, recently swapped out the hub 3 for hub 4, having renew contract on the max 1gig speed package. This ain't that.......Tech phone system COMPLETELY useless with the auto attendant phrase "Don't worry, you can still speak to the team, goodbye - line...
So we have just renewed for the 3rd time, on the ultimate package, 2 boxes, all channels + o2 etc and have just received a Hub 4 in the post?Er.............why not a Hub 5? Bit deflated t.b.h
