Had a month clear of faults - but back to no home landline tonight - done the checks on phone. Virgin report - no known service issues - just like last time , when line was down about 3 days. Continually advised after  they checked that there was an ...
As Usual no outages reported in my area  went through the automated process on mobile  and told they will test and let me  know results. No further response. Please assign a person to check this out and get me back on line
My last tariff payment has changed without notice from £4.80 - to £8.03. I have looked at my last bill and see no mention of a change of tariff or additional charge. Please refund and explain. My account  page makes no mention either
