Am in France and when i try to call VM voicemail I get cut off as soon as ringing starts. Have tried 222, press 1, and +447458333222. Am on Free network. Help!

PIN was reset. They did something "at their end" to solve the problem. I can call and text from France. When I try 222 or press 1 or +447458333222 the call cuts off as soon as it is connected.
