Some customers seem to be getting help with this issue, while others are simply being ignored. Re: Netflix with ads Started a new contract 3 days ago where Virgin's promise was to "keep everything, pay less" Then I just received an email saying we're now on "Netflix with ads". That was never mentioned, and is hardly "keeping everything". This is somewhat reminiscent of the Sky Sports+ upgrade, where were were told it wouldn't cost us an extra penny, yet £8 was "magically" added onto our monthly bill.
