for some reason a recently book engineer visit is not appearing on my account dashboard, and only have a reschedule option through the app.please can someone help me to cancel a visit booked for wednesday next week.Thanks

Hi,Double checked wall socket and plugged in phones, but have no dial tone. No outbound calls can be made, and incoming calls are just sounding an engaged tone. in a LU2 postcode.
