Thanks for the replies,i only had one box and it was a TiVo so I’m assuming I’ve either been sent the wrong box or I need the main one as well?

Thanks for the reply, I’ve tried that and it doesn’t recognise it I’ve tried all the numbers but to no avail, I was hoping someone might have had a similar issue and point me in the right direction.
