Hi, yes I've had the handset for just over 2 years and until ~3 weeks ago everything worked perfectly. The handset was was originally purchased from you and is otherwise working perfectly.Thanks,Kev

Great stuff, that's worked a treat. I confess I did also put a call in to Virgin (over WiFi calling) and they told me how to find the tool kit, as somehow I couldn't see it before. Solved, thanks again!
