v6 power supply cord

Hi, I received a new v6 box but the power supply cord wont stay in the back of the v6 box, it seems as if it's the wrong cord. Can you send me a replacement ?Many Thanks Trevor

The engineer came and found it was a fault with the box where the power cord plugged in.He replaced the box for me.Trevor
