Rejoined virgin media broadband but when I try to sign into the app it says ‘now that you’ve left us we’ve closed your account and you can’t sign in’ how can this be rectified? Thanks 
Im a returning customer to virgin media broadband but when I try to log on to the app it won’t let me. I get a ‘we’re sorry to see you go, we have closed your account’ message. What do I do?
