Ever since I switched on the 14 November I keep getting blocked unless I make a payment, wait 24 hours to be unblocked . I do this, only to be informed that I am blocked until I make a payment. This has happened twice,I am reluctant to keep repeating...
I ran a Network Diagnostic and Port Configuration Test Failed And listed a number of Ports that need to be open - How do I do This?Keirh
The remote works in all other ways but it will not turn on the TV so we have to use the TV remote control before the virgin remote. I have spent hours trying all the Virgin help codes to no avail. Is anyone at Virgin interested?Regards Keith
