thanks rob been trying to get through since yesterday to rectify but the lines and message service is too busy to put me in a queue

i appreciate that robert but like i said i wasnt advised of any changes in channels none of the above links work for me

and as it stands i cant access any channel guide to what package has what

i appreciate that if i had been told when agreeing to the new deal though i havent checked the new packages for 2 years and wasnt told some channels had been removed

thanks i wasnt told any channels would be removed ive jsut now received the contract email which says theyve removed full house tv which wasnt what i agreed to looks like i will have to try and get hold of them again which took over a day last time
