Oh everything was sorted 11 hours ago Zammie21, just that no one was informed, the pinned thread was removed and slid way back to page 5 https://community.virginmedia.com/t5/Email/Delayed-Emails-issue-Investigating/td-p/5521048 and then this appeared last page of this thread: https://community.virginmedia.com/t5/Email/Emails-missing-since-Monday/td-p/5520379/page/3 Hi Debsxx, Apologies for the ongoing inconvenience, we are still working on this and hope to get this resolved ASAP. Re: Blueyonder email domain - proplems receiving email to this domain from certain senders Exactly what I said, dont think this is going to solve the Virgin Media email incoming problem that people are having though Re: Blueyonder email domain - proplems receiving email to this domain from certain senders Considering blueyonder accounts were given out to customers on sign up ONLY! No one would ever have one of these unless they signed up with telewest 20 odd years ago... So I hope this helps you to look further Re: Blueyonder email domain - proplems receiving email to this domain from certain senders Good grief! This is undeniably obvious from the first line of the start of the thread, did you bother to read any of it? "Hi, I have a couple of problems receiving emil to my .blueyonder account. The account is over 20 years old , is set up properly and has worked pretty much on the ball up to a year, maybe 1.5 years ago" Re: Blueyonder email domain - proplems receiving email to this domain from certain senders Hi Joseph_B Yes, I have 2 threads open, answered now by 2 forum team members with absolutely no help given on either thread. I also messaged 2 forum team members due the lack of response on the forums - both of them didn't like that either! The community can’t help with this issue as it’s a Virgin generated problem - evident with the amount of open threads not being answered by forum team - so what is it we are supposed to do? Why can’t you just pass the now known issue along to an engineering team to try get some helpfull information for us? thank you Re: Blueyonder email domain - proplems receiving email to this domain from certain senders Hi Receiving only, sending fine I use Bluemail on android. Outlook on PC and Webmail, and as Sigma mentions above, any emails that make it to Webmail make it to Bluemail and Outlook. No errors. Seems to be Virgins authentication set up is very aggresive and needs sorted Check the other threads on the forum from tuesday, there is are few now all complaining about the same thing so it is not jus me. Heres an example of what doesnt get through: I cancelled 3 subscriptions with Amazon earlier today, I received 2 emails confirming but not the third - makes no sense how virgin could lose one of them please advise Re: Blueyonder email domain - proplems receiving email to this domain from certain senders Hi, As requested by forum moderator team after private message... "Hi greig2000_uk, Thanks for messaging. This mailbox is used primarily for the moderators. If you would like some assistance with your query, please post a thread on the Community. If you’ve already done so, someone will be along to help and advise, whether it be a fellow user or a member of staff." Many thanks, Community Moderators Please raise a complaint about this to whomever is responsible as there seems to be no support either by phoning Virgin media or on this forum. I am looking at ways to elevate this externally also. Email users including myself are complaining about emails not getting through and arriving very late. Your email authenticity checks are causing chaos and need revised as this seems to be getting worse. Missing email means not being able to sign in to accounts that send one time password emails (OTP), payment confirmation emails, delivery tracking emails, Hospital/Doctor emails. Virgin seem to be actively denying access to all the above as this is just the emails I know I am expecting. Just spent 1.5 hours on the phone for them to muck my account up - only just got it sorted back to where it was. Useless and wont be happening again.. please advise Re: Email Problems Persisting. Same with me and plenty others... All you need to understand with Virgin now is they dont care about you, just look at the Ofcom investigation they are going through Awful company! Re: Email Problems Persisting. Problems still ongoing...
