Now I asked for update on it and they're telling me they can't help or check my account from text........and to call in and waste my time I guess being put on hold forever. Hoping someone here can actually help so I can view my bills, it's been over a month now.... Also I got my first bill email and it says I have £25 credit left, considering I had free activation+£75 credit then I should have £50 left....but I can't view the actual bill or check if the details are right Re: Unable to register for My Virgin Media Account Chrome and safari. I doubt it’s a browser issue considering there’s 5 pages of people having the samr issue and being lied to by your customer service...still waiting for the reply back after being told this was escalated and I’d hear back within 5 days and nothing for a month now also please check my first bill which I obvious can’t without an online account which looks like it’s wrong too.
