In the first post it says: "Let us know your thoughts or you have any questions below" 3 pages of negative comments (I do not remember seeing anything positive) later and no response from Virgin Media. It's as if they did not really expect anyone to dislike it. In a word - Horrible. Generally I would use the forums to try and help the community and highlight issues. This new format just makes it too much bother to navigate, so I will likely not use the community forums so much. A massive backward step.1.7KViews2likes0Comments
