Hmm I have the non-PRO version. Trying to remember how I got it working... I think I used the 0999 method BUT importantly I turned off bluetooth on the TV, I think the default is that it looks for a bluetooth remote signal by default, which the Virgin remote won't send. Hello, Out phone line is currently down - that will be fixed by moving us off copper and onto VOIP, that's in hand, BUT... ...we had an engineer booked to attend on 25 June 2024 between 8am and noon. We were told someone had to be at home. So we waited. No engineer showed up.
