Yep! Absolute farce. They say I have TV boxes but haven't had TV with VM for around 10 years!!! And yes on the messaging too - had exactly the same problem. Have just given up now. Hi, Yep, just received an email for equipment returns and on there are two TV receivers - I haven't had TV with VM for probably 10 years or so! The TV stuff was retuned ages ago.
