Has this issue been resolved as I've had the same issue for over a year now and really not happy I'm not getting what I pay for. Cannot play Netflix either. Last time I queried this I was told my tv was not compatible. 
I've just been charged by virgin mobile for my oomph sim.  First I was told the sim was not linked to my oomph account.  After disputing this, I was told the oomph contract has ended, but the will waiver this month's payment as a goodwill gesture.  A...
