I accepted the new contract and got emailed the Contract Information Sheet and Contract Summary Sheet. But the next day I received an unclear email that seemed to say I was not going to get the new contract as I had just signed a new contract! I am now out of contract and paying £25 more than I was before. I keep getting sent emails to renew but they just go though to the Oops something's gone wrong page. I tried contacting chat but was only offered extra services I do not want, after waiting 2 hours. I tried calling retentions and that offered to send me a text with a link but that does not work either. Is there anyway I can just get a new price for my current services? I am happy to sign up for a new 18 month contract.
