I accidentally deleted my wife’s email account and I have been told that I can’t get it back so is there a way to move the emails from the deleted account to the new account I’ve made for her please 

Hi i have downloaded the new virgin media Dozor app that replaces the connect app for the hub 4. the problem i'm having is that i can't create a login for it and it doesn't accept my login from my connect app anyone have any ideas please.

i only got my hub 4 yesterday trying to change the name and password I've tried to reset my hub 4 as advised on this forum but it still says that the password is wrong any other ideas please
