new/renewed contract, first bill does not match contract
Last month, I rang Virgin Media because my existing contract was ending and I wanted to avoid a big price increase. The new contract, which started this week, is for £34 per month. My first bill of the new contract is £36.56, £41.75 for the package plus "changes to bundle" credit of £5.19, with a message saying "Your promotion or discount has ended".
