Hi

Does anyone know if you have a package with Netflix should you try and set it up with the Netflix app? or does it not matter what platform you use.

I set Netflix up on the v360 box, to make sure it was linked to my Virgin account. I can then use the user credentials from any other Netflix app.

I was also told that I would only get the basic subscription level which I assumed meant SD quality but it turns out an upgrade is only needed if you want 4K - Netflix have done away with the Basic tier, there is now only Standard (HD) and Premium.
