I renewed my contract in May and changed from Ultimate oomph to ultimate volt. Had no issues with 02 SIM and activating Netflix, unlike most people it seems. I had 600mb broadband with oomph and still have 600mb now, should I have been upgraded to Gig 1 as part of changing to Volt.I have hub3 so would need new hub I believe. Any help appreciated

I'm in the same situation, so will be interested in what the outcome is for you, does yours say you have volt 600?

My contract does say volt M600 but as I was already on 600 I thought maybe I should have had the volt upgrade. Hopefully one of the mods will pick this up soon and have an answer.

Yeah, I was already on 600, so oomph 600 to volt 600 wasn't much of an upgrade, we'll see what they say
