Like many others, I recently took out an o2 contract (I already happen to be with Virgin Media), I received an email from o2 stating my Volt benefits would be activated on my account. My data on o2 has doubled and I have roaming added (all of the o2 benefits are active). But nothing has changed with the virgin media side of it, my speed is still M200/250.
I have tried contacting support using WhatsApp, but they don't seem to understand what I am asking for help with as they just keep trying to upsell me/ make me take out a new contract (I have been passed to three different members off staff all trying to get me to pay more).
Any help would be appreciated.

I'm sorry to see that you have not had your Volt speed increase applied to the account, I will certainly be happy to take a look at this for you.
