My Wife has activated volt on her myo2 several weeks ago but my account hasn't been activated.
I did phone up but the guy tried to sell me a second account instead of just activated volt on my account!
I can't face phoning again.
Anyone else had similar trouble?

Hey shazn1999, It can take up to 14 days for your benefits to come through once the O2 account holder's accepted the offer in My O2. As soon as the benefits have been applied, you'll get a confirmation from us. Let us know if, after 14 days, you haven't got your benefits but are confident that the O2 account holder's accepted them. Thanks

Thank you for the reply Matt.
I can confirm that the myO2 shows that volt is activated. It has been about 1 month now and virgin account still says not activated.
