I got an O2 sim with Volt benefits last year, on the O2 page it tells me volt benefits have been applied.
These have been applied since 7 November.
Unfortunately, it doesn't seem as though anything has changed on the Virgin's side. I've also rebooted the router a few times, The package does not say anything about Volt.
I was told via a Whatsapp chat with Virgin that an engineer was going to look into this, this is now over a month ago and I haven't heard back.
What do I need to do next to get this applied?

Are both accounts under the same address?
Please can you go to this link try to activate them and let me know what happens.
Once activated they should be on your account within 14 days. Thanks

Yes both under the same address.

Have you made an y changes since the original Volt package was applied? What does the last contract received advise?
