VOLT!!!

Hi,

I have Virgin Broad band at home and I have been connected for over 10 years, I have 2 O2 mobile phones.

However when I attempt to sign up for Volt, it states that broadband isn't available at my address.

Would anyone from VM be able to help me out please?

Re: VOLT!!!

Hey @Tiberius-Jethro,

Welcome back to the community and thanks for taking the time to post.

I have looked into this and from April 12th, eligible customers will need to activate their Volt services/benefits via their My O2 account. They can do this either via logging into their My O2 via a browser or the app. Once logged in, they should find the "Volt Benefits" page/link by clicking on the navigation banner, homepage widget, or drop down menu.

Please can you you try this and let me know if you have any luck?

Regards,

Steven_L

Re: VOLT!!!

Hi Steven,

Thank you for responding. I have attempted what you suggested.

Unfortunately I still get the same page stating that we do not have broadband here. even though we do.

Re: VOLT!!!

I'm so sorry to hear this @Tiberius-Jethro

Have you been able to try both online and via the app?

If so and you get this error on both, have you been able to reach out directly to O2?

Thank you.

Re: VOLT!!!

Yes I have attempted both on the app and online.

I have attempted to contact O2, however Virgin media are more helpful.

Any advice please?

Re: VOLT!!!

Hi @Tiberius-Jethro thanks for your reply.

For existing O2 customers already, the only option is to activate your Volt through your O2 account - I'm sorry as we really would like to help here but to get your free speed boost this is something that must be done through O2.

When you've contacted them directly, what have they said about this?

Many thanks

Re: VOLT!!!

I have given up attempting to resolve this. Both O2 & Virgin are blaming each other. I have been on this since " VOLT" started.
