VOLT confirm address

My son has o2 account, he has registered for and is now receiving volt benefits. I am trying to get  volt benefits added to my virgin media account so I can order free wifi pods. Everytime I call I am told that I need to upgrade to a volt package as the o2 and virgin media accounts are in different names. The website says as long as both accounts are registered to the same address then I can get them. Can anyone tell me how to get this sorted please.

Hi @trza thanks for your post here in the Community - welcome! 

I do apologise, as you are correct that as long as you have O2 at your address, this makes your account eligible for Volt benefits as long as the address is the same on Virgin Media's side.

Can we just check you have tried unlocking the benefits via the My O2 Account 👉 O2 | Accounts | Sign in | View bills , balances and emails in your My O2 account
