An o2 sim is part of package.Is this sent once account is actually activated,as I signed up a month ago,but had to wait for installation. 

I have not received the sim,and customer services have no idea.

We're sorry to hear you are still waiting on your O2 SIM. Usually this is arranged once your account is set up.
