Welcome to the community 

Thanks for getting in touch. Sorry to hear that you're having issues with your WiFi connections in areas in your home. If you have blackspots in the home then the Pods will be able to boost the WiFi signal further. If that's the issues you are experiencing and the connect app shows that your home has black spots, we can order a Pod for you to try and resolve this.

Thank you for joining me on private message @andywrites I have now order you a WiFi pod as requested.

You will receive a tracking number by email/SMS for Yodel tracking delivery which you can use to track your delivery by Yodels website here. 

You can also manage your ordered via your online account either through the app or via the website, in the section labelled Manage Orders & Appointments. 

Your Pod is super easy to set up, just plug it into a mains socket in the same room as the router and let this pod collect the information needed. This will normally take 15mins or so, you know when it has finished as the Pod's light will stop blinking and there will be no lights on the pod at all. At this time you can move it to another mains socket to boost the signal to the rooms that are currently getting a weak WiFi signal.
