I have gig1 broadband last week from 500 and speed is now running slower than it was before speeds are between 200-450 max. It has been a week since I had my new hub 5 and been promised several time it would be resolved in 24 hours. This is not acceptable when I have to pay more now I have upgraded.

We're sorry to hear of the issues faced with your speeds since you've upgraded to our hub 5 and 1Gig fibre tier.
Could you please advise if the speed test you've ran is on the wireless or over a wired (ethernet) connected device?
Also, you may use this link to run speed tests and find out what's the actual speed your hub receives.
If you're using the Wi Fi, do tell us how many devices connect at the time and what's the speed received when only one is connected to the network.
