Red button not working been like this for a long time not happy when there are games I won't to watch

Hi @Kylie1 

Are you on about the red button on Sky Sports football?

After pressing the red  button you should press the contextual button (3 dots) just above the channel up/down keys.

This brings up a menu from which to select  the red button games  games
