Trying to activate ultimate Volt as my ultimate Oomph bundle has lost its Netflix. Website keeps directing me to chat (which I'd prefer to use as I'm in work and can't be on the phone for a prolonged period) but won't work and the Website keeps giving me server errors. I just want to tie in to a new contract. 😩 it really shouldn't be this difficult to spend money

Even the Volt Customers are having problems with Nf.
Be careful what you sign up for. Whatever they tell you the cost of the O2 SIM will rise by inflation plus 3.9%.each Apil The way inflation is going that could by one big hike on £25 per month.
