i upgraded my package to ultimate volt
as a result i moved my virgin media sim over to o2… wish i hadnt now , the coverage is absolutley shocking compared to virgin sim i had
virgin mobile data on 4 g at my home was around 15-17 mbits. Infact even when out and about it was that over even a bit more.
o2 is getting 0.5 mbits regulalry, never going above 1 . Cant browse or do anything
what o2 tell me is there is no issue in my area or any area i am in when i call to complain with this poor data speed - its a joke

I think that's why 0² give us 42days to cancel it.

For the o2 part yes. The staff may thing it's the nomal 14 days. It just tell them and they will see it there end. Had this confirmed a few times now. Call and ask
But I'm not sure the Virgin side lengi

Thanks for your post and apologies to hear you're having an issue with the O2 signal since moving across.
The best thing to do is get in touch with O2 directly as they can check the signal in your area and go through some further diagnostics with you too.
