Hi,
I ordered "Big Volt bundle + Drama & Docs" three weeks ago. According to the Order summary received by email, it must include O2 Sim (Gig1 Fibre Broadband, 145+ channels with Entertainment, Drama & Docs, Talk Weekends + O2 sim). However, I have not been received any email from O2, and of course Sim card itself. I saw similar questions on this community and found that O2 credit check should be done, but I did not receive credit check email. Is there anything to do by myself? Could you please give me advice?
