Netflix enquiry

Hi all. 

We've recently renewed our contract with Virgin (full Volt package) we've been told we get free Netflix and keep getting reminders to activate it.  We've not done this yet though as we're unsure what we get.  We currently pay a Netflix subscription of £15.99 as we need the 4 user option. 

If we activate the free Netflix through Virgin (been told to log in using our current Netflix email and password) would it be a different package?  I'm assuming Virgin aren't going to give us the £15.99 for free. 


Any help gratefully received.

Hey @Batb, thanks for reaching out to us and a warm welcome to the Virgin Media forums.

I'm sorry to hear about the issues with Netflix.
The Netflix bundle included within the package but is the standard one, if you'd like to increase the bundle to the highest on, you would have to pay £5 more per month.
Have you signed in to My Virgin Media to see if the Netflix activation link is there.
