Issues activating volt benefits on Virgin Media Side

Have M100 for approx 3 years, signed up to O2 having seen the promotion on virgin media, Volt benefits activated on O2 side but due to some reason volt on O2 is saying I dont have broadband at my address. 

O2 have activated my volt benefits after confirming that I have an account at my address with Virgin Media, but nothing has happened on the Virgin Media Side. Im seeing a message on my o2 "Thanks for your interest in volt" 1. volt details are active may take a few days for them to be applied and 2. It doesn't look like your household can get Volt right now.

Would someone in Virgin please look into it please, I called yesterday and there was a systems outage and today Im an hour on hold and getting no where. Very frustrating.

I was in the same boat but have noticed my account has gone up from M200 to the volt M350 tier at some point today which was 18 days after getting o2 sim, not sure if someone has looked at that for me as I posted about it here on Monday or if it just took a bit longer than 14 days.

Speed test is not encouraging on the download I just ran, that could be due to my ongoing wi-fi issues or the upgrade hasn't fully implemented yet I guess 🤔

I have had an O2 account for years and just passed my 14 day mark with virgin, I have asked O2 to look into why they are telling me Volt is not available but if anyone else could assist me from the virgin side I would appreciate it
