I've recently just signed up to virgin media and so far I am not impressed. Anyone else have issues at the beginning?
It's been a nightmare trying to contact Vigrin Media, the bot is hopeless, the what's app chat not much better, I managed to get through once but the phone line was shocking in the end I had to hang up the phone.
I have an issue with the contract they sent me as its incorrect and not the advertised amount that I signed up for. Is there a way to contact virgin by email as I've almost given up trying by phone.
