I'm with O2 and have a pay monthly contract with them that advertises I can get Volt. I've signed up and got a message back saying it doesn't look like Virgin media are in my area so I am not eligible..despite having a 550mb package with Virgin. I'm not sure on what I can do about it as I would like to double my internet speed preferably through Volt (if possible) but I'm a bit perplexed by it saying they aren't in my area.

Any help please?

"If you see the screen / error below then it likely means you already have Volt benefits, or VM service is not available in your area. However, if VM is available or you already have VM, then this may be a small conflict or error on our side. If you’re impacted by this, please contact us here (Facebook, Twitter or Instagram) and we'll get this sorted for you."

Got mine through O2. Took 8 days from sign up on My O2

@enlli - are you saying for a while you had the lower data allowance and then after 8 days it automatically doubled and showed on My O2?
