Why every time I call virgin to cancel my account it keeps hanging up when I'm in the queue

Thank you so much for your post and welcome to the community forums! It's great to have you here.
I'm so sorry to hear that you have had issues trying to reach us in the past! I understand that we are very busy and it can be frustrating but I can assure you we do not purposefully disconnect calls and will always do all we can to speak to everyone waiting.
We would recommend calling us closer to 8am when we open as this can mean the queues are far less and the wait time is quicker.

Simple dont bother seems to be the rule.
45 mins to an hour waiting on whatsapp, can be more than that on the phone just to get conflicting information from the last time you called (Days before), and promises that something will happen, that doesn't, and never expect call backs when you are told you will get them, you don't
